A $10 booking fee is payable for each booking to secure that time slot. This booking fee is transferable if you are needing to reschedule your appointment for up to 24hrs before your booking time (please contact me to reschedule because the online system will automatically try and charge you this fee again). If you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new booking fee to re-book. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstance. This fee will be taken off the total amount owing upon payment of the completed service. In the event of a "no-show" 100% of the service will be charged. This will be automatically deducted using the card used at the time of booking.
